About Me

I am an experienced practitioner, trained in chiropractic, massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, pregnancy & pediatrics, and Active Release Technique. I have been in practice since 1999 as a massage therapist, and 2007 as a chiropractor after graduating from Life University in Atlanta, GA. I met my husband in 2011, while he was serving in the US Army. We married in 2012 and moved to Germany that same year. In our many moves, I have continued to serve the communities in which we have lived. I have a passion for what I do and a heart for serving military families.

We are excited to be back in the Southern Pines area! In 2026, I have had the opportunity to expand my practice by adding 2 additional bodyworkers: Katie Hammond with Rooted CFT and Chad McCrery with Precision Touch Massage Therapy. Look them up on FB or IG to schedule directly!

I have also added a downtown Fayetteville location to better serve the families of the Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg area. That address is 131 Person St., Fayetteville (inside LATCH Breastfeeding and Postpartum Wellness Center).
